We are here to help by offering returns on any unwanted products that are at least 50% full within 30 days of purchase. Partial refunds are not offered.Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Until we receive the returned product at our Goldie Lux facility, it is your responsibility. Tracking your product return is recommended incase of damage or loss. Product will be credited after it has been received. The cost of tracking and return postage will not be reimbursed by Goldie Lux.

Refunds usually happen within 12 business days. The exception is during high volume periods. Returns are credited to the original method of payment only. 

You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing.

Free shipping on orders of $250+ in Canada. At this time, orders can only be shipped within Canada and to the United States of America. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. All shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart. Please keep in mind, regular shipping times can be delayed during peek periods.

Please ensure the correct shipping address has been entered. We are not responsible if your package is delivered to the wrong address due to error at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit, damaged or any delays from the mail courier.
